Philosophy - My philosophy has always been, to provide both my clients and candidates with choices in their hiring or job seeking needs. Listening to the needs of my clients as well as listening to the goals of my candidates has made me successful in putting the right person with the right opportunity.

Experience - Russ Wilson, President of Wilson Consulting Group Inc. served 26 years with Pitney Bowes a Fortune 500 company in the Mail Messaging Business. He held various Sales and Sales Management positions, including Vice President of the Northwest Region, and Vice President of the Southern Division. In these capacities he was responsible for the tactical sales and marketing strategies to support 525 Sales and Sales Management executives and 500 Product Support Technicians as well as a major Call Center to support 300,000 customers.. He is consider an expert in the area of Customer Relationship Management and has spoke at many industry events on the subject, including Michael Hammer Seminars and DCI events.
