I've now been in Charlotte almost eight years and really enjoying things. It is a wonderful city with a great business environment. I am always looking for new connections especially in the areas of sales, management, IT and now Engineering - especially for the Energy Industry (oil, gas, nuclear, etc).
My motivation is seeing my team members achieve new highs in their careers (personal, professional and monetary) and help everyone in our organization exceed their goals. In doing this - I am successful!
