Ms. April Wood

biography

Ms. Wood joined Claddagh Resources in March of 2000. Since that time, she has been leading the effort in placing senior partners and executives in industries including e-commerce, sales and marketing, consulting and software applications. Additionally, she has focused on administration and management including internal recruiting, creation of corporate mentoring programs and policy development. During the five years prior to joining the Company, Ms. Wood was a partner with Hamby Group International, an executive outplacement firm specializing in individual senior executive recruiting and advisory services. Ms. Wood was responsible for overall company operations including recruiting, consulting and client services, business development and management. During her tenure there, she grew the business over 150% per year for four years, opening nine additional branch offices. Ms. Wood has a B.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University. She is a member of Atlanta Women in Business and the National Association of Female Executives.
