Daniel delivers consulting services covering a broad array of industries including PE/VC & Portfolios, Manufacturing, TMT and Consumers. He has successfully completed multiple tough searches at the Managing Director, Vice President and Director levels. He brings real value in talent strategy, organization structure and CXO hunting.

Prior to joining PCI Shanghai, Daniel was the Manager of the Automotive & Manufacturing Business Unit in a leading Chinese Search Company. During the course of his leadership, he was responsible for developing new business initiatives and refining the operations of the Automotive & Manufacturing Business Unit. In his 5 years of service in the company, Daniel has established a good reputation among his clients of multinational companies.

In addition to his accomplishments as a manager, Daniel was also a senior consultant for various functional areas, such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.

Earlier in his career, Daniel served as President Assistant and Strategy Information Supervisor in WanXiang Group, the industry-leading manufacturer of automotive parts in China. Daniel’s responsibilities involved the summarization of key internal and external strategic and managing information crucial for the success of numerous pertinent manufacturing and financial projects.
