With more than 25 years of executive coaching experience, Linda Yort brings a unique set of skills that enables her to tailor her coaching services to each individual client while building a strong foundation of trust. She is adept at coaching her clients to formulate practical, realistic, sustainable goals and strategic plans in the context of their job and Company culture. Her leadership skills coupled with coaching core issues and challenges have been instrumental in the development of many key executives. Linda has a masterful and greatly respected ability to connect with and support her clients.
Previous Experience
Linda serves on the Credentialing Committee of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a Certified Mentor Coach. She provides expertise as a Mentor Coach and trainer in the Cornerstone Certified Executive Coach Training program.
Linda's competencies include being a feedback specialist with expertise in interpretation and analysis of a number of individual and 360-degree assessment instruments.
