Nicolette is a Partner in Amrop’s Amsterdam office and a member of Amrop’s Global Professional Services Practice Group. Nicolette started her career in the recruitment industry where she placed talent for line and staff positions. In 1994 she joined Hewitt Associates (AonHewitt) a Global Human Capital Consulting and Outsourcing firm, where she subsequently held Consulting, Business Management and Client Leadership roles in Rotterdam, Chicago and Brussels. In 2005 she returned to the Netherlands to become Global Account Executive, managing a portfolio of key global clients and partnering with clients on people issues in the areas of Talent, Leadership, Efficiency, Restructuring and Growth. In this context she was responsible for assignments in Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia. In 2008 she became Global Partner and member of Hewitt’s Global Leadership Group. Nicolette joined Amrop as Partner in January 2013. Nicolette holds a Masters degree in Political Science from Leiden University and finished part of the program at the University of Bologna, Italy. Large domestic, international and entrepreneurial companies across a broad range of industries have sought Nicolette’s advice and support to address their strategic hiring needs. Nicolette focuses on executive, senior management and professional expert positions. She has successfully completed assignments in the Professional Services and Industry sectors, with an emphasis on Human Resources, Consulting & Advisory, Commercial, Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions. A Dutch native speaker she is fluent in English, French, German and Italian.
