Ms. Zens started her recruiting career in 1984 as a temporary employee at Manpower's Corporate Technical Division in Milwaukee, WI, and then promoted to the Buffalo Technical Division. She has worked both contract and direct recruiting assignments in pharmaceutical, scientific, and engineering.
