Julia Zhu is a consultant who is responsible for both business development and executive search assignments at the Beijing office of PCI Executive Search Consultants. After graduating with a degree in Foreign Trade English from the College of Science Technology and Management at the University of Beijing, Julia worked for few years in banking and 6 years in the IT industry with special focus in pharmaceutical industry for her client base. Through these years of experience which not only heightened her professional expertise in sales and marketing management but also exposed her capability to deliver the senior position’s search to assignments in the pharmaceutical industry, medical systems industry, IT industry, and financial services. As a comparatively new member of the PCI team, Julia has applied her diversified expertise and industry experiences to the executive-search field, bringing with that a wide network of industry partners and associates to facilitate her searches at PCI. As a consultant at the Beijing office, Ms. Zhu has demonstrated her in-depth industrial knowledge and ability to provide talent’s market status to her clients when conducting the search assignments in the pharmaceutical, medical systems, and IT industries.
