Co-Founder of JustinBradley. I began my career at Don Richard Associates and, later, Acsys, serving in national leadership roles in recruiting, sales, operations and marketing. I was there during the IPO and was on the inception team that launched two specialty staffing practices: Legal and Financial Systems Implementations before starting JustinBradley.

As an executive financial recruiter, I lead industry-focused practices in Law Firms and Real Estate/Hospitality/Construction. My client portfolio also includes Washington's top Media and Retail companies.

As a Partner at JustinBradley, I have operational oversight of JustinBradley’s marketing, advertising and corporate communications, as well as its community involvement and awareness programs.

I am an advocate of ethics and professionalism in the staffing industry and served as 2013-2014 President of our industry trade association, the Capital Area Staffing Association.
