Carlos Eduardo is an Associate Director & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Industrial and Infrastructure practices, such as Energy and Capital Goods. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, he also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. Carlos worked for six years at Amcham – American Chamber of Commerce for Brazil most part of this period in leadership positions in São Paulo, and also served as the Regional Manager of subsidiaries of the Brazil Midwest – Goiânia and Brasília. He started his career in Executive Search in 2011, in a national boutique, where he was the Partner responsible for the Energy, Capital Goods and Agribusiness practices. Carlos holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a post graduation degree in Agribusiness Management with emphasis in Risk Management from Universidade Federal de Lavras (UFL). He is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
