Paul Pompeo has been a lighting and electrical specialist since 1986. He excels in recruiting a full spectrum of lighting and electrical professionals including Presidents, Vice Presidents of Sales, Vice Presidents of Manufacturing, Vice Presidents of Finance, Directors of Engineering, Branch Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and National Accounts Managers.
Since he is a member of IES, companies depend on Paul to provide vital and accurate information on industry developments and trends in professional staffing. Company presidents rely on him to conduct confidential searches. Many of the territory managers and sales representatives he has placed have earned Sales Representative of the Year and Rookie of The Year honors. Many have been distinguished by multiple promotions.

Paul started with Search West in 1986, and earned numerous performance
awards during his almost 17 years with the company, including Membership in the Three Million Dollar Club. He relocated to the San Francisco Bay area in January 1994 after being a four-time achiever of Account Executive of the Year for the Los Angeles office. Upon completion of his fifth year in San Francisco, Paul won his fifth consecutive Account Executive of the Year award in San Francisco and, in January, Paul received his eleventh Account Executive of the Year award. In March, he formed the Pompeo Group, a firm focusing on the specification sector of the lighting and electrical industry. Paul is based in Albuquerque and San Francisco, working nationally conducting senior management level and executive level search assignments.
