Elaine Hay, CPC , founded Campbell, Edgar Inc. in 1993. With over thirty years of experience in the retail and recruitment industries including operations and regional management, buying and store directorship, Elaine recognized a need in the Canadian retail marketplace for a non-biased expert that retailers could work with to explore and be counseled in appropriate career options, as well the need for a retail industry focused staffing solution for companies with ongoing frustrations in finding and keeping top personnel.

Over the years we have expanded and now recruit professionals across a broad industry spectrum for positions right across the country. Based in western Canada, we still draw upon our retail industry roots and intense passion for customer satisfaction to ensure that every candidate and every client we work with values our alliance. In 2005, we opened our temporary division, ( RetailTEMPS, TempWORK,) which provides temporary and leased staff to all industries within the Lower Mainland of BC and major cities across Canada.
