Elaine Hay, CPC, founded Campbell, Edgar Inc.in 1993, with a passion and a strong determination to improve the Canadian Retail experience. Over the years, our business has expanded, and now we recruit professionals across a broad spectrum of businesses for positions right across the country.

In 2006 , we opened a temporary division, (RetailTEMPS, TempWORK) so we can provide top quality temporary and leased staff to all industries in the Lower Mainland of BC and major cities across Canada. Based in western Canada, we draw upon our retail industry roots and our intense passion for customer satisfaction as we strive to turn every candidate and every client we work with into raving fans!
