Amrop Landelahni (Landelahni Business Leaders) was launched in 1997 as the first Black owned Executive Search company in South Africa. We specialise in strategically important appointments at the highest management levels. Over 70% of our corporate work is at Board and Executive Committee - level. Located in Johannesburg, we service Southern Africa, as well as all major cities across the African continent (including; Nigeria, Kenya, Angola, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia, etc.).

In addition to Executive Search, we provide a range of services that include; Board Selection, Board Governance Review Process, Leadership Assessments and Management / Executive Audit. Alongside our Executive orientated services, other companies within the Landelahni Group offer; technical, specialist and scarce skills recruitment, offshore recruitment, as well as interim and temporary recruitment, and outsourced contract management.
