Amrop in the Netherlands was originally founded in the 1970’s. In 1978 the company joined the global network of Amrop International. Through the years, we made strong and progressive development by consistently meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations. The level of assignments entrusted to us increased significantly over time, including many (non-)executive board positions.

Today, Amrop The Netherlands is one of the leading executive search firms in The Netherlands. We have 6 partners and 20 employees supporting the search process. All of us are committed to finding the best candidates for our clients, helped by 6 unique qualities.

All partners have extensive international (line) management experience at board level. This helps us to rapidly understand the client’s context: the client’s organization, strategy and culture as well as what is being looked for in new candidates.

While each partner is specialized in one or two specific industrial sectors, our collective expertise is applied in all searches.
