Amrop in Panama was founded in February 2011 as the first office of the Central America Region in Amrop's global network. We are defining ourselves as generalists in the practice and serve diverse industries in the local market, recruiting senior level executives and board members.

Compromise and delivering passion are in our DNA. Our portfolio of clients include industries well-known companies in consumer goods, manufacturing, construction and financial services, among others. As added value, included in our service cost, we provide transition coaching to optimize the transition and fitting process of the executive to the new post and company.
