Amrop in Peru was founded in October, 1996 as Amrop International Peru by its founding partner, Fernando Guinea. By terms of quality work, headcount and revenues Amrop Peru is the leading local firm operating with three senior partners and a team of more than 25 professionals among consultants, researchers and back office staff. We are defining ourselves as generalists in the practice and serve diverse industries in the local market recruiting senior level executives and board members. We also provide management assessment services. Besides, we have an independent “sister company”, Middle Management S.A., responsible of the recruitment of middle-management positions, thus covering the whole market and providing a complete service to our clients. Compromise and passion delivering is in our DNA. We attend the whole market and are considered generalists.

Our portfolio of clients include the most active industries in the country such as the consumer goods, manufacturing, mining, energy, oil & gas, retail, construction, agro industry, financial and professional services, among others. As added value includes in our service cost we provide transition coaching to optimize the transition and fitting process of the executive to the new post and company. Our experience includes the board search practice as well as the family-owned business practice, fairly common in our country.
