Career Consociates Inc. (CCI) is a small, owner-operated staffing service that has been built slowly, client by client, since its creation in 1971. Our first customers are with us today due to our dedication to personalized service, high standards and referral recruiting.

For the first 12 years, CCI specialized in the placement of Legal and Executive Secretaries. We then began expanding our expertise to include the recruiting of both management professionals and support staff for our new customers in the business community. Today we enjoy an excellent working relationship with the legal, corporate and hi-tech sectors. By remaining a service-oriented company, we are able to respond and adapt to our clients' needs in the changing marketplace. CCI consultants are encouraged to independently commit to clients' special service requirements whenever possible.

Our temporary staffing department also opened in 1971, expressly at the request of our clients and candidates. Both wanted the accurate skill assessment and placement for which we have become known. In addition to our skilled secretarial/support staff temporary employees, CCI is also known for its ability to successfully recruit and provide temporary employees for highly specialized positions and projects.

Temporary employees on our payroll are provided for short- or long-term assignments. They are paid weekly and are covered by Federal and State Unemployment Insurance, Workers' Compensation and California State Disability. CCI carries full bonding and insurance and assumes all responsibility for payroll deductions and taxes, holiday pay and annual W-2 forms for tax purposes.
