WHO WE ARE
Since 2003, we have been guided by our founding principles of total transparency and honest hard work. Our aim was to create a genuine alternative to the traditional search firms. We saw the dissatisfaction clients had with these regular executive search firms, and we set about pioneering a better way. A way where promises are kept and long-standing relationships forged.
For the last ten years we have been growing and developing, in turn converting all those that work with us to our philosophy. 80% of our work is either repeat business or a result of personal recommendations, proving that honesty and principles can thrive in a competitive world.
