Ms. Nicole Rogers

biography

Nicole joined eg.1 in 2007. With over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and a background in the project management of global talent initiatives, she now leads eg.1’s internal recruitment activities, as well as performance management for current staff, including training & development, employee engagement and the appraisal process. Nicole also collaborates with our partners at the AESC and is involved in building our relationship network with Business Schools and Universities.
