The principals have been affiliated with Management Recruiters International(MRI) for twenty-one years, having owned and operated a multi-division Executive Search Firm in New Jersey, prior to relocating to Arizona. The President/CEO has been in the field of Management Consulting for the past thirty-six years. The first sixteen years was participation as a Senior Executive in two World Class consulting firms, providing Seminars to Senior Executives in skills of effective management and strategic planning, as well as consulting services to those clients. For the past twenty-one years, he has provided Executive Search services to a wide spectrum of Corporations, combining a professional review of his clients Strategic Plans/goals, and how they will be achieved by the executives charged with carrying out their respective tactical plans - to achieve those goals. The combined total years of the professional experience of the staff, exceeds one hundred years.
