We will ask a lot of questions; short and long term goals; what your needs are; what you are looking for, and, what you are NOT looking for; WE DON'T JUST SEND RESUMES...WE PRESENT QUALIFIED CANDIDATES. Our questions have that end in mind.

After we have a thorough understanding of the position, we will search the industry for the best candidates. THIS IS WHERE THE RESOURCES OF THE WORLD'S LARGEST SEARCH FIRM ENTERS THE PICTURE. We are able to go national; to all 800+ offices if necessary. And, we are able to offer all the divisions and STAFFING SOLUTIONS of MRI (we refer you to our staffing solution page elsewhere in our Web page). In addition, we are able to access a database of our own companies and candidates.

We will do our best to find a local candidate, but, we can and will do an exhaustive national search with your needs as our motivator. At the same time your contact is your Account Executive at a small privately owned office where everyone still has THAT OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER COMES FIRST ATTITUDE.
