Erkki Arvola

Erkki Arvola is a Managing Partner in Helsinki-based JFP Executive Search. As a past member of the IIC Partners global Board of Directors, from 2006 - 2009, he oversaw activities in the EMEA Northern region, including Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Prior to joining JFP, Erkki’s career included more than twenty years of working in the IT industry. He has worked as a Managing Director, Sales and Marketing Director, After Sales Director in big well-known international IT companies in Finland, among others Ingram Micro, Xerox, Digital and Canon. Erkki has also been in charge of the Baltic, Central and Eastern Europe operations and a member of the Nordic Management team. Erkki has successfully served clients in IT, telecom, electronics, industrial products and international business. He has conducted senior and middle level search assignments for general management, sales and marketing, finance, operations, project management, product marketing, consulting and information technology. Erkki joined JFP Executive Search January in 2002. He is B.Sc. (Econ.).
