Being part of an award winning team (Top 5 Office 2001, 1999, 1998, 1997, and 1996) has catapulted Andrew into a successful recruiting career. Andrew brings over 10 years of successful sales & technical management that has positioned him to have a successful recruiting career. Andrew has focused heavily in the technology field from an executive, sales and technical perspective. Along the way Andrew has managed to win a few awards including, Pacesetter Awards 1999, 2000 (our “quota maker’s” club), Andrew had his best second and third quarter in 2001, Andrew was the third most productive (Revenue) recruiter in July 2001 (out of 7000 recruiters in the system). In our award wining office, Andrew was the Number One recruiter in 2001 and Andrew achieved his Certified Senior Account Manager, (CSAM) designation (a “CPA” for recruiters) in June of 2000. Through our internal Conferview program Andrew has been asked to share some of his knowledge and help train rookies and tenured recruiters. In 1991, Andrew went through “Partnership Selling” training and to this day when Andrew engages with a client Andrew feels like he is a member of the team. Andrew holds a certificate in Behavioral Interviewing an important tool in the hiring process today. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (1991) degree from Dalhousie University (Rated in the top 10 university's in Canada). Andrew enjoys physical conditioning, hockey and gardening. He and his wife Tracy reside on the north side of Charlotte and have two small boys and 2 dogs.
