Matti Kaskeala

Matti Kaskeala is a Senior Partner in JFP Executive Search. He is also the Chairman of the Board. Matti's clients are leading Finnish companies and international corporations. He has executed assignments for various industries, retail and wholesale sectors as well as the service sector. Matti has been recruiting executives for general management, marketing, sales, finance, production and HR in Finland and abroad. Prior to joining JFP in 2001, he worked in key positions in marketing and sales for international companies in FMCG and investment goods business. Matti is an M.Sc. in Economics from the Turku School of Economics in Finland.
