Arja Läärä has over 15 years of experience in strategic resourcing and business consulting. Prior to joining JFP, she has been working in senior consultant, manager, executive and partner roles in Psycon Corporation. She has worked as a BU Director, Director of Customer Relations, Sales and Marketing, HR and a Vice President. She has a strong experience in business development in expert organisation and she has been working several years in a Management Team and as a member of Board. Arja has organised and executed numerous domestic and international strategic resourcing and management audit projects and assignments over the years. She has completed several hundreds of recruiting processes and has experience of more than two thousand assessment and psychological profiles. Through her significant experience and extensive knowledge, she is specialised in executive and general management recruitment assignments. Arja’s clients are leading Finnish and international companies in various industries, retail, health care, service and public sector. Arja holds a Master of Science (Psychology) degree from the University of Turku. She has participated in several courses and received certifications of consultancy and coaching as well as completed an Advanced Management Education (JOKO73). In addition, she has a Board certification (HHJ).
