The Russian office joined the Amrop partnership in 1994. Today Amrop in Russia is an organisation of professionals specialised in Executive Search, Board Search and Management Assessment.

Amrop in Russia is owned by the local consultants who are all active in serving clients; stable and entrepreneurial and are totally committed to their clients’ success. Amrop in Russia works exclusively on senior level assignments such as:

Amrop in Russia conducts searches in Moscow and throughout the whole of Russia, as well as in the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, other countries of the CIS and worldwide.

Amrop KBS began its operations in the Ukrainian market in the late 1990s, and has since successfully fulfilled a number of projects for leading international FMCG & telecommunication companies. Having started local operations in the Ukraine in the spring of 2006, Amrop was the first of the Top 10 executive search consultancies in the world to open a fully-fledged office in Kyiv.

Today the Kyiv office employs one consultant and two researchers. We strive for a leading market position and to sustain our “first on the market” status with world class executive search services.
