We founded IQ Partners on the belief that our business could be done better, smarter and with greater professionalism. We started as a small executive search firm building exceptional teams for companies in marketing, communications, media and technology. We developed a strong reputation of success and we became extremely good at identifying and assessing 'smart people'.

Of course we still do Executive Search - but we've grown. From Resource Planning and Managed Recruitment to Contract HR and Outplacement, we now offer a full range of services to help entrepreneurial organizations manage their people more effectively.
